After more than 5 years of relentless lobbying and advocacy to protect the rights of UK nationals living in the EU, we are reluctantly closing our virtual doors since we have been unable to secure the necessary core funding to continue our work, notwithstanding the generosity of many individual donors living in the EU.

We know there is a long list of unresolved issues (and that more will come up in future), as well as many people who remain in need of competent and targeted assistance to access their rights. You can read our final letter about this to UK Secretaries of State on our blog below along with their reply. In addition, we have published
several detailed blog posts to provide clarity on specific topics.

We will leave this website up for reference but will not be updating (except for additional UK/EU replies which will be posted in our blog) past our closure at the end of February.
